Swift Cloud ERP’s Cloud enables your staff make sales, create and send invoices to customers for payment, calculate stock levels, prompt you when items are running out of stock or expiring. It supports multiple branches, subsidiaries and storage locations. In addition, it has a human resources and payroll management module, a customer relationship management module, a delivery and an online shop module.

Swift Cloud ERP has many subscription plans; The number of staff/users (HR Count) and number of branches determines the plan to choose from. For instance, if you have 1 staff and 1 branch office, the Basic Plan will be the plan of choice for you. Please note that you can upgrade your plan at any time.

We can send our team of experienced support staff to your business premises to provide hands-on training and support, secondly, we are available to answer your questions through live chat 24/7. You will be expected to do the initial setting up before you start using the software. This process takes approximately 3 minutes and involves uploading your logo, entering business details, accounting settings and menu customization. You may do it yourself or contact us to provide physical or virtual software usage training.

No, if you do the setting up yourself by using our free support knowledge base or free Youtube videos provided. If you however you choose to engage our team, you will need to pay for training. Training fee starts at NGN25,000 per staff.
