ODIZAT TAB, which combines amlodipine and valsartan, is indicated for the treatment of hypertension; it is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to either component, severe aortic stenosis, or pregnancy; potential side effects include dizziness, fatigue, and swelling; and drug interactions may occur with other antihypertensives, potassium-sparing diuretics, and NSAIDs.
